Select the PEN products that you wish to purchase. New users will need to register their personal and organisation details and create a MyPEN account during this process. Upon completion the PEN support team will review your purchase and activate your license within 2 business days.

We advise that you check with your Primary Health Network (PHN) to confirm if a license has already been purchased for your practice.

No software installations required. This option is suitable for medical centres that want to generate the PIP Eligible JSON via practice's patient management system.

Please contact your PHN regarding the transfer of the PIP Eligible JSON file via the PHN portal. This may require your PHN's approval and your PHN will provide you with the access information needed to upload your PIP Eligible JSON.
